This product range includes basic 2 level drivers as well as precise digital-to-analog converters (DACs) with high-levels of output grey scales. They are commonly used for turning ON/OFF Thin Film switching devices by driving the Gate electrode of various TFT technologies such as amorphous Silicon (a-Si), Poly-Silicon (LTPS) and IGZO. They are also suitable for accurate analog driving of MEMs devices and ITO capacitive loads.

 


HV Line Drivers

They are widely used in application fields ranging from the most popular flat panel display technologies (LCD, OLED, uLED) to the most complex and demanding digital flat panel X-RAY detectors where radiation hardness is a critical requirement.  Our Line drivers are high pin count with up to 512 output channels and are delivered in COF package form

HV DAC Drivers

We offer digital-to-analog source drivers which are particularly suitable for flat panel display technologies where precise voltage levels need to be applied on large pixel capacitive loads. The DACs resolution ranges from 64 up to 1024 output voltage levels. Our DAC drivers are high pin count with up to 960 output channels and are delivered in COF package form
