Advanced Silicon’s Gate and line drivers are designed to be directly connected to TFT panels as well as ITO P-CAP panels. They are aimed at driving the lines of the panels either to switch ON/OFF the TFT transistors associated to the photosensitive pixels, or to charge and discharge the mutual capacitance of a touch panel array.
