Multi-chip Touch Controllers

The multi-chip CoolTouch® family includes up to 4 analog sense interface ICs, up to 2-line drive ICs and our unique CoolTouch® processing controller. The system allows a cascaded configuration, supporting various touch screen sizes up to 84”. The data processing, touch detection, and tracking are handled by the embedded CoolTouch® Processing unit. It allows high-speed scan rates up to 200Hz with multiple fingers capabilities (10+). This unique feature enables the “Cool” feeling of real time processing of more than 80 users’ fingers with a fast response, thus providing a unique differentiator to our customers’ interactive displays and tables.
