Our quality system is set up since 2007 in order to achieve the certification to the ISO 9001 quality standard for all our products and activities. This quality system is continuously improved to ensure we deliver the highest standard of quality.
Additionally in-line screening methodologies are used on all parts, guaranteeing us to meet our zero-defect policy. We commit to providing the highest quality to our customers.

The Advanced Silicon’s quality manual is articulated around the “Qualigramme” methodology, and is propagated at all levels and functions of the company. This graphical process mapping method is impactful and greatly contributes to our continual process improvement quest.

Hazardous Substance Free Policy (HSF Policy)
The green product management enforces virtually worldwide electrical products to meet hazardous substance-free regulations. More and more brand name companies request supply chains to meet RoHS, REACH, and Halogen free requirement from raw material to finished goods, in order to meet the requests from customers and regulations. Advanced Silicon keeps updating HSF working instructions and requesting our supplier chains’ cooperation.
Conflict Minerals
As a good corporate citizen, Advanced Silicon diligently embodies its social responsibility by respecting Human Rights and standing against mineral conflicts in Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) and countries that share its border (“the DRC region”) controlled by armed groups.- We request suppliers to survey the specific metals used in their product to ban conflict minerals.
- Our suppliers must inform us if they find any conflict mineral in their products.
- We further request our suppliers to inform their upstream suppliers of this requirement.
