ASTLC5003A - 6-BIT TTL 384 CHANNELS TFT-LCD SOURCE DRIVER
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The ASTLC5003A is a 384-channels TFT-LCD source driver able to output 64 gray scales and display 262'144 colors. The video data arrives in TTL format as 6-bit by 6 dots, allowing 2-pixels data to be sampled and hold simultaneously. Conversion to analog levels and gamma correction is performed by an internal D/A using 18 external voltage references. Bi-directional shifting and cascaded operation are possible.
