ASTLC5301A - 263/256 OUTPUTS TFT-LCD GATE DRIVER
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The ASTLC5301A is a simple TFT-LCD gate driver, where a sequential high gate scanning voltage is triggered in response to a CMOS-level input. The number of outputs can be configured through the SEL input pin. It also provides shift Left/Right selection and cascade functions for dot expansion.

- Selectable number of outputs: 263 or 256
- Input signal voltage: 2.7V to 3.6V
- LCD drive voltage: 15 to 40V
- Selectable direction of the outputs sequence: OG1 -> OG263 or OG263 -> OG1
- Allows cascaded connection
- Accepts both positive and negative power supplies
- Output signal masking function
- "All outputs high" function
- Operating temperature: -20°C to +75°C
- Package: TCP (Tape Carrier Package)
