The ASTLC5302A is a matrix line driver with 120 outputs. It is designed to be directly connected to an amorphous silicon (aSiH) panel and aimed at driving the panel’s lines in order to switch ON/OFF the switches associated to the photosensitive pixels (TFT pixels) and to allow the charge integration on the panel’s columns. Each output is connected to one panel’s line.
- 120 separated channels
- Addressing of each channel by means of a shift register
- Allows cascaded connections
- For each channel, multiplexing of 1 among 3 external analog voltages towards the output
- Driving of R-C loaded lines with low output impedance
- Line driving voltage : 15V to 30V
- Digital supply voltage: 4.75 ~ 5.25V
- Digital part (supplied by digital supply voltage 4.75 ~ 5.25V) capable of interfacing 3.3V or 5V logic
- Maximum operating frequency: 15MHz
