X-Ray sensor Integrated Circuits (IC)

 

The focus in Medical applications targets X-ray image processing in which the flat-panel (TFT) matrix uses our 3 levels high-voltage line drivers and our digital Read Out Integrated Circuit (ROIC). The gate drivers drive sequencially and line by line the TFT devices of the active matrix, while the ROICs integrate the charges converted by the pixel photo-diodes.
