The TXR5821A is a dedicated 512-channel driver IC for medical X-Ray image sensor.
The TXR5821A is a matrix line driver with 512 outputs. It is designed to be directly connected to an amorphous silicon (aSiH) panel and aimed at driving the panel’s lines in order to switch ON/OFF the switches associated to the photosensitive pixels (TFT pixels) and to allow the charge integration on the panel’s columns. Each output is connected to one panel’s line. The typical application is Medical X-Ray Sensing.
