Source drivers

The high-performance source driver family covers line inversion and dot inversion panels with 64 and 256 grayscale levels, providing a display color resolution of 262,144 (18-bit) and 16,777,216 (24-bit) colors respectively. The TTL digital interface SD family operates up to 65MHz frequency rate in single and dual port modes, and supports XGA, SXGA and SXGA+ resolutions with 60, 70 and 75Hz refresh rates.

The new SD family uses the industry standard RSDS™ (Reduced Swing Differential Signaling) digital interface technology in order to provide lower system power consumption and lower EMI (electro-magnetic interference) in comparison to traditional TTL interface technology. Operating up to 85MHz frequency rate, the RSDS digital interface SD family supports XGA resolution with 75Hz refresh rate.
